The rooms were clean and spacious, staff courteous and efficient and the food much more than I expected, overall a very good experience and I will return
Could do with modernising but that is not a negative.

stayed in a double room, very spacious and clean, overlooking the beautiful pool. Large balcony. The disco was fabulous too.
No animation entertainment in the evenings.

The hotel offers bright and reasonably spacious rooms with a TV and a huge double bed, which I am very pleased about. the location is perfect and excellent, not very far from Casino la Medina.

As all Tunisian local hotels, the standard of this hotel is just fair although it is 4-star hotel. Breakfast is just fine in this hotel.
I can't understand that a 4-star hotel and has no fridge and safety box inside the room. You have to pay 5 Dinar per day if you want to have a fridge in your room. The TV is really bad and no good channels at least for an arab customers. The staff are polite but not real professional. there is no internet in the room but you can use it inside the bar in th lobby..... but... be careful... if you are non-smokers like me.... you can't stay there for long time. Everyone smoke there.

Really I was disappointed, quality of service is very poor, rooms is not up to standard, equipmnet is damage, the first night I went to the reception to complaints about my room there was a guy he work as a valet I asked him about the duty manager he told me there is no manager all the manager they leave at 5 pm, I never sow in my life a case like that, therefore I asked the reception there was no mini bar in my room he answered I have to pay 5 dinars per day for the mini bar.

The staff was really friendly. We liked the breakfast and the dinner. The swimming pool outside was also nice.
We didn't like that in our double room has two single beds pushed together and the mattress was not comfortable. For the bed belongs only 1 pillow and we could to cover with sheet and brown blanket...not a good style for this type of hotel. We wanted to use the inside swimming pool but the place was very dirty and shabby, they should look after this i guess.

The value for money at this hotel was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, right next to the marina, and the staff were incredibly kind and attentive.
The morning meal could use some improvement in terms of variety.

Very few guests in the hotel this weekend due to the recent revolution. we loved having the place virtually to ourselves. Had the hotel been at full capacity it would have seemed crowded. It's a nice hotel with minimal frills.
The food was ok but not super.
